Shipping Policy

At VibedRoom, orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and a confirmation email with tracking information is sent as soon as the order ships. Because our products are shipped from international fulfilment partners, estimated delivery times vary by region: 7–15 business days for the United Kingdom, and 10–20 business days for both Australia and Canada. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, high-demand periods such as holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Once an order ships, customers receive a tracking number by email to follow their package's journey; please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent. International orders may also be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost, so we recommend checking with the local customs office before placing an order.

Customers are asked to double-check their shipping address at checkout, as VibedRoom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an error is noticed, we ask customers to contact us immediately at support@vibedroom.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, though changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed. Finally, if an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, customers are encouraged to reach out to support@vibedroom.com with their order number so we can investigate with our shipping partner.
